Jane’s Journal

When I retired from being a banker, I took up writing again. First, journaling and poetry, then classes on memoir, scenes, characters and plot. Writing helps us know ourselves and process our experiences. Here, I share my thoughts and reflections, including responses to prompts, experiences with mindfulness and meditation practices, and ideas about how we use healthy will to make choices that give our lives meaning and purpose. Occasionally I weigh in about the world of banking.
